I have realised as we have reached the bulk of the deadlines for this year that my time management has been pretty shocking. I am working so much more last minute than I usually do which I didn't think was like me at all. In first year I felt pretty on top of everything, yes I did work some late nights but never pulled an all-nighter directly before a hand in. I really don't like working like this, it stresses me out and I hate feeling uncomfortable with what I am submitting, I much prefer to have the time to check things over.
I have realised that I am really good at making plans but not so good at actually sticking to them. Sleep has been a real issue with me this year, I don't have a regular sleeping pattern which can really throw my productivity levels off if I haven't managed to get enough sleep before having to get up for uni. I hope this is the most tired I will ever be but I know thats probably not going to happen.
To improve, I need to make my time plans more realistic so they are actually achievable. I also need to try to get myself into a routine so I can sleep better at night. Try some herbal teas or something! Anything!
