Art This Way + Print Stuff

I got in touch with Cathy who was one of the organisers of the art fair, Art This Way, I took part in last summer in Loughborough. 

Hooray! So this is something else to be working towards, I want to build up a more varied stock of work this year with a wider price range. I also want to make it known that I am available for commissions so maybe I need to get a sign printed with this information and some examples of work I have already done. 

I continued talking to Cathy, sorting out dates etc but then I also bumped into her in town while I was at home over Easter. We got talking about other arty things that were going on and it sounds like there will be a couple more opportunities for me to get involved with some art fairs later on in the year, including something in conjunction with the Christmas lights switch on which has got me thinking about Christmas products already! I feel like I really need to be on top of things this year and have a stock of products just waiting and ready to go so I can snap up any opportunity I can. 

I do already have a selection of prints that are piling up in my room and because I had started to build up this stock, I was able to hand over a set of ten A5 prints to be sold at Print Stuff in York without having the hassle of preparing them specially. Unfortunately none of them sold at the fair but I hadn't lost anything by putting them in, it was worth a try.
